1. Q: How long will it take to charge my smartphone?
A: The GearPower Mobile Power Stations will charge your smartphone at the same rate as if connected to the original wall charger. For most devices that is about two hours, give or take some time for differences in smartphone battery capacity. For reference, the iPhone 5 will fully recharge in about 1.7 hours.

2. Q: How many times will it charge my smartphone?
A: Smartphone battery capacities vary greatly so we have provided some average numbers below for two popular smartphones:
Apple iPhone 5: over 6 recharges
Samsung Galaxy S3: about 4.5 recharges

3. Q: How long will my battery pack stay charged?
A: Thanks to an integrated smart charging circuit, the GearPower Mobile Power Stations retain an average of 75% charge or more, even after sitting idle for 6 months.

4. Q: Can I charge my camera?
A: If your camera can charge from a standard USB charger, then it should work with any GearPower Mobile Power Station.

5. Q: Can I charge my MP3 player?
A: If your MP3 player can charge from a standard USB charger, then it should work with any GearPower Mobile Power Station.

6. Q: What other devices can it charge?
A: The GearPower Mobile Power Stations are compatible with most Bluetooth handsfree devices, Bluetooth speakers, portable gaming devices and game controllers, USB rechargeable toys, and most other devices that can charge from a USB port.

7. Q: Can I charge my phone and tablet at the same time?
A: Yes. The GMP10K has a 2.1A port designed to charge a tablet at high-speed, and a 1A port designed to charge a smartphone at high speed.

8. Q: Can I charge 2 tablets at the same time?
A: Yes. The GMP10K has a 2.1A port designed to charge tablets at high-speed, and a 1A port that will also charge a tablet but at a slower rate.

A: That depends on if your phone is compatible with the international USB charging standard. Some older devices from Blackberry and other brands did not comply with the standard and are not compatible.

A: Press the Power Indicator Button on the GearPower Mobile Power Station to show the current charge level.

12. Q: How long does it take to fully charge the battery pack?
A: The massive 11,000mAh GMP10K requires a little over 12 hours to fully recharge using the included power adapter.

A: If you have a USB car charger, then you can charge any of the GearPower Mobile Power Stations in the vehicle.

15. Q: How long will this battery last me before I have to throw it away and buy a new one?
A: The GearPower Moblie Power Stations use higher quality lithium polymer cells which will start seeing an accelerated drop off of charging capacity at about 500 full charging cycles. They are still functional long after 500 cycles, but we recommend replacement since the capacity becomes much lower and the user experience is no longer optimal.
