New SmartAVI SDX-XT series DVI and USB KVM extenders over CAT-5/6
extend single, dual or quad DVI-D video, audio, USB keyboard/mouse, and USB 2.0 peripherals up to 400 feet away
SDX-XT transmit uncompressed digital DVI-D signal, emulated USB keyboard/mouse, transparent USB supporting USB peripherals and stereo audio up to 400 feet over CAT-5/6 cables, one cable run for each video extension.
Each extender consists of a local (transmitter) unit that connects to a computer, and a remote (receiver) unit that connects to a display, USB keyboard/mouse and USB 2.0 devices. 1920x1200 resolution is supported up to to 400 feet away from the source. If the source is an HDMI computer, 4K @ 30Hz resolution is supported with the use of simple HDMI-DVI adapters up to 200 feet away from the source.
In addition to USB keyboard/mouse extension, the two fully transparent USB 2.0 ports are ideal for extending any USB device such as a , game controller, USB flash drive, touch screen monitor, whiteboard, etc. The extenders support high-speed (480 Mbps), full-speed (12 Mbps), or low-speed (1.5 Mbps) USB device.
