Cursor Switching

Cursor Switching, AKA proprietary Free-Flow, PASS, or Boundless Switching, is a feature typically available on keyboard/mouse (KM) switches that supports switching the focus (keyboard/mouse control) from one computer to another by means of moving the mouse-cursor over to show on the screen which is associated with the computer to which keyboard and mouse control is desired to be switched to.
Many keyboard/mouse (KM) switches support single-screen cursor switching, while some also support multi-screen cursor switching, although such support typically requires installing a driver on each multi-screen computer.
Cursor switching (sometimes also referred to as Absolute-Mouse Mode) is designed to be used as an alternative to other keyboard/mouse (KM) switches' switching methods (e.g. Mouse-Gesture Switching; Hot-Key Switching; Push-Button Switching). However, being that cursor switching tells the computer what are the coordinates of the cursor position on the screen, such mouse movement across screens may appear a bit jumpy, especially in mouse-intensive applications such as CAD or gaming.
